Tasting Appointments

Enjoy a private, educational experience that begins in the caves of our custom crush facility.

Guests will tour the production area while making their way to the Rockmere barrels to sample the current aging vintages. Finally guests will be led through a formal tasting of the current releases.

Fee: $75 per person.
