2023 Cabernet Sauvignon 728 Barrel Select
Winemaker Jeff Ames selected 6 barrels to combine for this very limited release reserve. The 2023 "728" has a plush, predominantly black fruit foundation (blackcurrant, plumb, and blackberry). Complementing the fruit, you may detect hints of dark chocolate, lavender, and cinnamon through an incredibly long finish. After 22 months of barrel aging and an additional 15 months in bottle, the result is a full bodied, yet graceful wine with a harmonious tannin structure.
